📋 Description

• Lead business systems analysis for manufacturing and MES/WMS domains • Support global Apparel MES/APS/WMS solution design, implementation, and site rollouts • Translate business objectives into requirements and functional specifications • Support document creation, automation efforts, data mapping, and data validation • Lead legacy data conversion analysis • Manage testing, regression testing, defect identification, quality issue documentation, and resolution communication • Prepare test and training plans • Develop training materials and deliver formal training • Lead change management with management, end users, and key stakeholders • Support patches, upgrades, new functionality, and production implementation readiness • Provide end-user support for Supply Chain and manufacturing modules and third-party system interfaces • Coordinate project charters, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables from scoping through handover • Coordinate site stakeholders, MFG4.0 and IT teams, and external implementation vendors • Document business policies, practices, procedures, and system requirements • Leverage standard system functionality to implement efficient global processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or Advanced Degree • 5+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in manufacturing, warehousing, or apparel/industrial environments • Direct experience in 0-to-1 MES/WMS implementations or full-lifecycle deployments • Basic understanding of Shipping Module in ERP (Oracle eBS/Fusion ERP/SAP) • Experience with WMS/MES integration to Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP S/4HANA • Experience acting as an IT Project Coordinator, managing multi-site software rollouts, vendor schedules, and cross-functional project deliverables • Fluent/proficient in English, written and spoken • Mandarin is a plus • Familiarity with global digital solution standardization and plant rollout models • Manufacturing, supply chain planning, constraint planning, and production scheduling knowledge/background • Willingness and ability to travel frequently domestically and internationally • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous • Apparel/printing industry manufacturing experience and/or Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) is a strong plus • Strong planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, training, and business analysis skills • Ability to work independently, self-manage, and report task progress to supervisor and team
