📋 Description

• Ensure successful delivery of work. • Create transparency and facilitate consensus among stakeholders. • Maintain standard workflow processes. • Identify, document, and train stakeholders in new or improved workflow processes. • Administer projects in work management platforms. • Drive project onboarding and closure, including requirements reviews, work item management and development, quoting, scheduling, resource management, and closure. • Manage sprint projects and successful delivery of project portfolios for clients. • Publish project schedules and maintain project plans. • Facilitate agile ceremonies. • Support the Helpdesk issue management process in Workfront. • Create, monitor, and train users on work management platform reports. • Champion Agile methodology values and identify workflow inefficiencies. • Promote collaboration and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and key business partners. • Execute other duties as assigned by management. • Work daily with customer service PM teams, Engineering teams, product, strategy and innovation teams, production facility team members, accounting, and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field; 5+ years of related Information Technology project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred. • Previous experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project for project tracking and resource scheduling. • Azure DevOps and Workfront experience a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to regularly inform/update internal and external stakeholders on status and immediately on issues. • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Teamwork skills to work with diverse teams. • Ability to prioritize work requests from multiple requestors with limited resource availability. • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening required post-offer as a condition of employment. • Video and/or in-person interviews required; a brief identity-verification photo may also be requested.
