📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform • Oversee and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and other services • Apply SRE principles to improve system availability, resilience, observability, performance, and production reliability • Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda • Implement and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve DevOps workflows, troubleshooting, monitoring, incident response, and engineering efficiency • Set up and manage monitoring tools and logging systems • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies • Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure seamless integration and deployment • Create scripts and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on web applications and AWS infrastructure • Proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure management • Extensive experience developing and managing serverless applications using AWS Lambda • Strong knowledge and experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, specifically Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS • Good understanding of SRE principles, including reliability, observability, incident management, availability, and performance • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar • Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git • Experience using, or a strong interest in leveraging, AI-powered tools and automation to improve infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and engineering workflows • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Preferred: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications • Preferred: Experience with additional scripting languages such as Python or Bash • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices • Preferred: Knowledge of database management and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
