📋 Description

• Drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions for the Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region • Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and maintain deep knowledge of product deployments • Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, customers, and strategic delivery partners • Follow up on customer requests • Work with the sales team to support existing customers • Manage tickets and RMAs with internal teams throughout the issue and adoption lifecycle • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers • Focus on customer loyalty • Proactively suggest innovative ways to help customers succeed with Axon products • Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms • Perform installation and commissioning • Travel up to approximately 40%, nationally and internationally • Report to the Manager, Regional Support & Technical Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential • Tactical focus on managing customer success adoption • Mission-driven mentality and high motivation with a drive to execute tasks • Strong technical foundation in enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration • Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts • Knowledge of integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems • Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains • Ability to legally live in the territory and travel to other countries as required; may require personally obtaining work and travel visas • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and build strong partnerships • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Trello
