📋 Description

• Serve as the voice of regional customers and end users within Axon’s global Product organisation. • Lead product discovery and help shape strategy, roadmaps and delivery of software-led solutions across LATAM and Puerto Rico. • Build understanding of public-safety environments, user workflows and customer needs. • Conduct customer conversations, workflow observation and Voice of Customer research. • Identify, validate and prioritise high-impact problems. • Represent end-user needs throughout the product lifecycle. • Translate customer needs, regional requirements and local constraints into problem statements, product briefs, user stories, requirements and prioritised initiatives. • Support localised features and product iterations from discovery through launch, measurement and continuous improvement. • Monitor adoption, user feedback and product performance. • Represent regional infrastructure, connectivity, procurement, regulatory, language and operational requirements in global product planning. • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and other stakeholders. • Align customer commitments, product positioning and proposed solutions with Axon’s roadmap and delivery capability. • Support regional tenders, RFPs and procurement processes. • Drive product launches, customer enablement, adoption and value realisation. • Articulate the value of Axon’s connected, cloud-first ecosystem, including body-worn cameras, devices and Digital Evidence Management software.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS, cloud software, enterprise software or technology-product environment. • Demonstrable experience owning or contributing to the full end-to-end product lifecycle. • Experience building, launching and scaling digital software products or features, ideally from early discovery or 0-to-1 development through market adoption. • Proven experience working directly with customers and end users, translating field insight and operational workflows into product outcomes. • Experience partnering with Engineering and Product Design teams in an agile product-development environment. • Ability to define product requirements, product briefs, user stories and prioritised backlogs. • Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional and international environments. • Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities, tenders, RFPs or procurement processes is highly desirable. • Experience across software and connected hardware products is beneficial; familiarity with SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile or device-management ecosystems is strongly preferred. • User-centred Product Management, product discovery and delivery, strategic problem-solving, regional and commercial awareness, technical fluency, clear communication, execution focus, adaptability and resilience. • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. • Applicants must be fully business fluent in Spanish. • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
