📋 Description

• Configure, set up and integrate e-Procurement solutions within client systems • Support the digitalisation of P2P and S2C processes • Analyse business requirements and draft functional and technical specifications • Oversee testing phases, go-live and post-deployment support • Create and maintain functional documentation and user guides • Support client teams in building proficiency with the tools and processes • Organise and deliver training and awareness sessions • Monitor project progress and the quality of deliverables • Act as the liaison between the client and the Axys team, anticipate risks and propose solutions • Share best practices and provide methodological support to consultants • Manage partner relationships with software vendors Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Isybuy, Oalia and Zycus • Contribute to the development of the Procurement Practice and pre-sales activities • Monitor developments across the Procurement solutions ecosystem • Participate in internal and cross-functional Group projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree, engineering degree) • At least 4 years’ experience in consulting, with a software vendor or as an in-house client-side professional implementing a Procurement information system • Strong knowledge of Procurement operations • Advanced proficiency in one or more Procurement solutions, both as a user and at configuration level • Good knowledge of P2P and S2C business processes • Good written and spoken English • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organised, methodical and rigorous approach • Ability to manage projects independently • Customer focus and adaptability
