📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and optimise detailed project plans, schedules and task trackers covering scope, milestones and deliverables • Coordinate daily execution across internal technical teams, customers and third-party vendors • Negotiate terms, timelines and deliverables with customers to agree feasible plans • Identify, log and assess risks and dependencies; escalate high-impact issues with a proposed way forward • Capture change requests, analyse effects on schedule, cost and quality, and propose options for approval • Audit deliverables against agreed timelines, technical scope and quality standards • Run regular project meetings and provide stakeholders with updates on progress, risks and decisions needed • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, timelines and handover materials • Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical requirements into project milestones • Act as the main operational client contact, clarifying requirements and managing expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree • 1 to 3 years of professional experience • Proven record of owning or leading moderate to large-scale technical projects • Proven IT background and sound understanding of IT infrastructure • Excellent written and spoken English suitable for professional escalation and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting • Strong self-discipline and reliable remote work set-up • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint • Based in Syria or Turkey • Not suitable for students, part-time seekers, or those with significant commitments limiting standard working-hour availability
