📋 Description

• Own payment performance analytics end to end, including success rates, declines, payment methods and provider performance • Identify fraud and abuse patterns across transactional and behavioural data, including promo abuse, multi-accounting, chargebacks and money cycling • Translate findings into actionable rules, thresholds and segments • Design, back-test and monitor automated risk decisions • Balance fraud capture against player friction and track real-world impact after changes go live • Build dashboards in Looker or Tableau and alerts for business-critical anomalies • Partner with Compliance on AML investigations, data analysis and audit-ready reporting • Provide analytics on review workloads, case outcomes and player-facing friction for Operations and Customer Service • Document data sources, metric definitions and automation logic • Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, Compliance and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on data analyst background in payments, fraud, risk or AML • Experience ideally within gaming, iGaming, fintech or another high-volume digital environment • Strong SQL skills on a cloud data warehouse; BigQuery preferred • Practical experience with Looker, Tableau or Power BI • Demonstrated experience analysing fraud and abuse patterns in transactional and behavioural data • Understanding of the trade-off between fraud capture and friction for genuine players • Ability to run analytical projects from ambiguity to delivery • Ability to scope unclear questions, build solutions, document them and monitor impact over time • Clear communication across Operations, Compliance and senior leadership • Ability to challenge assumptions with data in a remote-team setting • Investigative instinct and sharp attention to detail • Python for deeper analysis, anomaly detection or modelling is a strong plus • Familiarity with fraud-scoring tools, device or behavioural signals, social casino mechanics, or ML approaches to fraud detection is a plus • Required SQL proficiency response in application form • Required hands-on experience in payments, fraud, risk or AML response in application form • Required LinkedIn account link
