📋 Description

• Support projects in the Climate Technology Solutions business • Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, customer satisfaction, complex projects, innovative products, related activities and resources • Drive the project team and engage supporting functions to execute in compliance with contractual commitments • Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and guide teams through challenges and changes • Ensure project financials, on-time delivery and quality targets are met or exceeded • Address project matters including status reporting, risk mitigation and project closeout • Create execution models for large EPC projects, including NPD content and external partnerships • Cover project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs • Prepare DORs, orchestrate collaboration with third parties and develop processes to harmonize systems and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering • Substantial experience in Project Management related to industrial plants and power generation • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Fluent in English • Master presentations at executive level • Entrepreneurial attitude and solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills • Proficiency in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash • Thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management • Good background in turbomachinery • Ability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
