📋 Description

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group academic coaching sessions focused on study skills, time management, and goal-setting • Guide middle and high school students through academic tracking, high school course planning, standard test preparation, and college/career exploration • Observe classroom instruction and provide actionable, data-driven feedback to teaching staff • Facilitate student-led academic interventions, peer-tutoring initiatives, and habit-building workshops • Help students overcome learning barriers, academic anxiety, and motivation challenges in collaboration with teachers and parents • Maintain alignment with the executive school board • Provide high-level reporting on educational KPIs, student achievement metrics, and coaching milestones • Empower students through educational information, supportive training and courses, and character development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Counseling, or Curriculum & Instruction (required) • 5+ years of 6–10 standard teaching or academic advising experience • 2+ years in an instructional coaching, student advising, or supervisory role • Deep understanding of US K–10 curriculum standards, college readiness frameworks, and standardized assessment models • Strong grounding in educational values, youth mentorship, and cultural dynamics within a North American context
