📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Amazon store • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share • Monitor store performance metrics including sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box percentage, account health, and profitability • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines • Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights • Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking • Review customer feedback, product reviews, and returns to identify improvement areas • Oversee creation, optimization, and maintenance of Amazon product listings • Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, images, and A+ Content • Resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and catalog errors • Guide Listing Specialists on keyword research and SEO strategies • Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns • Analyze ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates • Coordinate promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns • Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales, profitability, inventory, advertising, and KPIs • Analyze business data and provide management with performance updates and improvement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central • Proven experience managing and leading a team, including Listing Specialists or e-commerce professionals • Strong knowledge of Amazon store operations, product listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog management • Experience monitoring Amazon performance metrics, sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability • Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising performance metrics • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills • Preferred: experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces such as the US, UK, Canada, or UAE • Preferred: experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content • Preferred: knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting • Preferred: experience handling account health issues, listing suppression, policy violations, and catalog challenges • Preferred: experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar platforms • Preferred: experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Inventory, Customer Support, and Finance • Availability to work 9am–5pm EST
