📋 Description

• Analyse, assess and prioritise security events, alerts and incidents • Conduct initial assessments and in-depth technical analyses as part of incident response • Monitor and process alerts from SIEM, XDR, EDR and cloud security solutions • Identify attack patterns, vulnerabilities and security-related anomalies • Document incidents, measures taken and lessons learned • Support the further development of detection use cases, playbooks and automations • Contribute to security assessments, customer workshops and technical analyses • Work closely with Security Architects, Consultants, the SOC team and customer stakeholders • Support the continuous improvement of security services and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or education in computer science, IT security, network engineering or a comparable qualification • Alternatively, relevant professional experience in security, infrastructure, cloud or modern workplace environments • Initial to several years of experience in security operations, incident response, SOC, SIEM or endpoint security • Good understanding of Microsoft security technologies, as well as fundamental cloud and network architectures • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for investigating technical interrelationships in a structured manner • Sense of responsibility, precision and an independent working style • Strong communication skills, with a high level of customer and solution orientation • Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and interest in continuous professional development in the cybersecurity field • Certifications such as SC-200, AZ-500, MS-500, Security+, CySA+ or comparable qualifications are an advantage • Willingness to travel throughout Austria
