📋 Description
• Technical and strategic customer management (new and existing customers): regular customer and coordination meetings, proactive needs assessment and problem resolution • Proactive upselling to continuously optimize customers' IT system landscapes • Comprehensive understanding and successful communication of Base-IT solutions • Development of customer-specific IT solutions in close cooperation with Key Account Management • Active project management (resource planning for the operational technical team, project control, change requests, scheduling, etc.) • Conducting customer workshops • Continuous quality management and documentation of activities performed • Independent incident/trouble management • Review and verification of billing
🎯 Requirements
• Technical understanding of IT solutions and expert knowledge in IT infrastructure • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premises) • Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL [technical college], FH [university of applied sciences] or university) • Several years of experience in project management and/or IT management • Customer-oriented, communicative personality with a focus on holistic solutions • Very good German and English language skills • Accurate, structured and independent working style • Enthusiasm for new technologies
