📋 Description

• Lead the company-wide rollout of Databricks as Advito’s standard platform for data, analytics and AI • Own program scope, roadmap, sequencing and timing • Establish and operate integrated planning, risk and dependency tracking, and executive steering meetings • Lead change management, including stakeholder mapping, communications, training and team-specific change explanations • Track adoption metrics such as active users and time to insight, and adjust the plan • Maintain a consolidated view of AI and data initiatives, including status, owners, dependencies, dates and budget • Run intake and prioritization for new ideas • Review prototypes, architecture choices and vendor claims • Help establish production AI standards for accuracy testing, human review, monitoring, cost and Responsible AI • Own planning cycles, objectives and executive reporting for the Data & AI function • Support budget tracking, business cases, and partner and vendor relationships • Lead a small team of data, AI and analytics practitioners through ownership and coaching • Report clearly to executives and stakeholders, including on delays

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a company-wide platform program and large change across several business units or functions • Ability to demonstrate adoption results after go-live • Databricks experience is a strong plus • Strong planning, governance, risk management and follow-through • PMP, PgMP, Prosci or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credentials welcome • Experience with AI, ML, agentic AI or LLM applications in production • Understanding of data platforms and pipelines • Use of AI tools in own work • Several years leading enterprise-level programs with their own budget, multiple vendor partners and executive sponsors • Formal change management experience, including measured communication, training and champion programs • Experience working with offshore or nearshore development partners • Experience managing technical practitioners • Strong stakeholder management across a matrixed, global organization • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical or business field, or equivalent experience • Databricks certification or hands-on experience with Unity Catalog and platform governance is nice to have • Domain experience in corporate travel, T&E, procurement, payments or B2B spend data is nice to have • Experience developing managers as well as individual contributors is nice to have
