📋 Description

• Assist and coordinate activities as instructed by the Senior Director Global Governance to drive governance of the Swiss HQ operating models • Schedule and facilitate meetings with regional and global business unit and functional leaders and relevant stakeholders • Support maintenance and continuous improvement of Swiss HQ documentation and archival policies and processes • Help enable process standardization • Support documentation alignment with business unit and functional leaders to ensure compliance with the Swiss HQ business model • Collect and review documentation and identify documentation issues • Audit storage and archival processes and data availability for future retrieval • Report audit findings to the Governance Director and help resolve issues, partnering with IT as needed • Perform other duties assigned by the Governance Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree (last-year students are also welcome) • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business administration, governance support, operations, or a similar role • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work in detail oriented way and to seek improvements • Proven success in a role that requires close partnership with colleagues and business clients is a plus • Fluent in English • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work under significant pressures • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
