📋 Description

• Engage in personal growth and leadership development • Model desired change and encourage it in others • Mentor, motivate, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment • Identify and connect with aligned individuals who resonate with the mission and values • Support online marketing initiatives using social platforms to expand reach and engagement • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand individual goals and present relevant solutions • Use established systems, scripts, and strategies to support engagement • Organize schedule independently to align with performance goals and personal productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Team Leadership, Marketing, Business Development or People & Culture • Strong track record of driving results and creating value across business functions • Ability to work independently and set and meet goals without supervision • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build trust, communicate value, and create long-lasting professional relationships • Passion for growth and lifelong learning • Team-oriented mindset • Openness to alternative ways of working beyond traditional corporate structures
