📋 Description

• Document all quality elements, procedures, methodologies, or criteria and document all quality elements. • Support the development of long-term organizational strategy. • Align departmental goals and resource allocation with the corporate strategy. • Conduct SWOT analysis for targeted areas that need development. • Conduct risk assessment and risk analysis. • Communicate the findings with concerned parties and follow-up the approved action plan. • Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning. • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Outstanding research and analytical abilities. • Project management skills. • Strong leadership skills. • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. • Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision making.
