📋 Description

• Ensure the proper functioning of solutions and handle incidents and client requests according to expected service levels (TAC2/TAC3) • Monitor existing installations and perform field interventions • Participate in a rotating at-home on-call schedule during nights and weekends • Design, configure, and commission new WAN, LAN, routing, telephony, and CCTV solutions • Assist the project manager during technical study, engineering, and project execution phases • Provide technical support to the sales manager • Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for internal and external use • Provide continuous reporting

🎯 Requirements

• INTTIC (BAC+5) graduation or similar • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service role in networking • Knowledge of TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, and Wireless • Proficiency in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Microsoft Office • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English at a professional level • Willingness to travel domestically 30% • Highly autonomous and team-oriented • Strong communication and writing skills • Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail • Cybersecurity, programming/scripting, and CCNA/CCNP are nice to have
