📋 Description

• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, availability, media assets, and other relevant details. • Write, copyedit, and optimise content for product pages and related sales platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all product content, structure, and setup adhere to established guidelines before activation with distribution partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate API integrations, including managing product mapping, validating API functionality, and conducting comprehensive product testing. • Communicate with partner operators using our platform or integrated booking systems, working alongside the Supply Business Development team to facilitate seamless onboarding and align the booking flow prior to product activation. • Navigate supplier portals to gather necessary information for creating new products or updating existing ones, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. • Work closely with the Distribution Business Development and Customer Service teams, providing support in clarifying product information, managing product updates (such as closure notices), transitioning from manual fulfilment to API integrations, and keeping track of new product requests.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in eCommerce, travel, technology or similar industries • Relevant experience in similar roles (such as Operations Support, Content Editor or Account Executive is a plus • Strong editorial background with advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English • Accurate and efficient execution skills, with high attention to detail • Proven ability to work under pressure, effectively multitask, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and adaptable approach to challenges • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours when needed.
