📋 Description

• Generate and edit AI-assisted video content for social media, promotional, and experimental formats • Create AI-generated and AI-assisted imagery for graphics, mockups, and campaign visuals • Blend AI-generated footage, imagery, voiceover, motion graphics, or effects with traditionally shot footage • Design visual mockups, pitch presentations, and ad graphics for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram campaigns • Support the Tech team with website visual assets and interactive presentation materials • Prototype and produce trend-responsive content formats for emerging social platforms • Support in-house and remote editors with AI-assisted rough cuts, ideation, and effects • Evaluate new AI tools, models, and techniques and recommend workflow improvements • Finish content to BENO's visual and brand standards • Deliver formats optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid ads, websites, and interactive presentation platforms • Organize project files and AI-generated assets using the department's NAS • Communicate timelines and flag delays or tool limitations early

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with generative AI video and image tools such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, Veo, and Midjourney • Strong AI literacy across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for ideation, scripting, and production support • Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro • Comfortable designing visual mockups, presentations, and ad graphics for digital platforms in addition to video editing • Experience with color grading and basic sound design • Familiarity with social platform formats, specifications, and trend cycles, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram ad formats • Reliable, fast internet and sufficient local storage for active projects • Comfortable managing multiple projects under deadline and working asynchronously • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Minimum 4 years of professional experience • Preferred: experience with luxury, lifestyle, automotive, or yacht content • Preferred: understanding of Dubai's visual identity and storytelling style • Preferred: motion graphics or simple animation skills • Preferred: experience designing website assets or interactive presentation formats • Preferred: portfolio or reel showing prior AI-assisted or AI-generated content work
