🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social media channels • Strong content portfolio and on-camera presence • UGC / influencer experience - a big advantage • Advanced knowledge of social media trends, formats, hooks, and community behaviour • Knowledge of sports is an advantage • Knowledge of Columbian market is a must • Hands-on creative capability and strong collaboration with creative teams • Intermediate or advanced skills with design and motion/editing tools • Ability to brief designers/editors • Fluent Spanish • Fluent English
