📋 Description

• Understand customer requirements, business processes, and operational objectives to provide effective SAP Business One support • Identify, troubleshoot, and investigate application issues, determine root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions or workarounds • Provide functional support and guidance to customers on SAP Business One core modules and add-ons • Conduct user training, share best practices, and introduce relevant system features and modules to improve application usage and efficiency • Support SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons • Experience in SAP Business One application support and/or implementation • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports • Experience in SAP Business One upgrades is an advantage • Strong IT consulting or application support background • Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage • Functional knowledge of SAP Business One • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports • Basic knowledge of SAP Business One deployment in cloud environments • Excellent written and spoken English • Native-level Spanish • Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a global, multicultural team • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
