📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable iOS monetization features, including ad formats, sponsored content, and premium features • Collaborate with designers, product managers, data analysts, backend engineers, and the adOps team • Build the bridge between advertisers/partners and users while keeping monetization native and non-intrusive • Optimize performance and stability of monetization features • Analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies • Ensure a high-quality, authentic user experience through thoughtful technical solutions • Contribute to and uphold best practices in code quality, design, and development processes • Continuously innovate and improve the iOS tech stack using Swift and SwiftUI • Work alongside AI tools to amplify creativity and streamline day-to-day work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong iOS programming skills (5+ years experience) • Solid knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit • Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and separation of concerns • Experience building monetization features, ads products, or consumer-facing products is a strong plus • Ability to understand and debug large, complex codebases • Product mindset with a strong passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions • Interest for analytics and data-first mindset to measure impact and iterate • Strong understanding of user experience and ability to balance business goals with product quality • Highly driven, autonomous, and results oriented • Fluent in English; French is a plus • Experience with the listed technology stack, including Combine, SPM, Swift Concurrency, MVVM, GitHub, Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, Room, gRPC, Go, Node.js, NestJS, Nx, TypeScript, Spanner, PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP, GKE, Firebase, Amplitude, and Tableau
