📋 Description

• Lead the team to ensure the smooth operation of the department and support people development • Coordinate the network of points of contact and promote cross-functional integration • Provide direct support for strategic or critical projects • Prepare management reports for N1/N2 leadership • Monitor and evaluate the results and impact of delivered projects • Assess project governance maturity and propose continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to structure plans, schedules, OKRs, and performance indicators • Knowledge of project management and data analysis tools • Systems thinking to map interdependencies between projects • Strong communication and negotiation skills across departments • Active listening and empathy when working with different leadership profiles
