📋 Description

• Consolidate performance campaign data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms into reports and dashboards. • Collect, organize, and update CRM data from RD Station or an equivalent tool for analysis. • Monitor user navigation on the website and identify friction points throughout the funnel. • Update and maintain Marketing and Growth KPI dashboards for the business units. • Ensure the quality, integrity, and standardization of data reported by the Growth and Marketing teams. • Build and continuously improve an integrated digital channel analytics tool, connecting paid media, CRM, and website data. • Propose and conduct conversion optimization tests and experiments on the website and across digital journeys. • Design and document processes for digital data collection, processing, and governance. • Support Hybrid Growth professionals in interpreting KPIs and investigating root causes. • Define the integration architecture between data sources and propose improvements to tools and processes. • Lead alignment meetings and provide analytical support to stakeholders across different areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of web analytics, including Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent tools. • Knowledge of performance campaign metrics, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media. • Knowledge of CRM and Marketing automation, such as RD Station or an equivalent tool. • Knowledge of data processing and visualization, advanced spreadsheets, and BI and dashboarding tools. • Knowledge of Marketing and Growth KPIs, such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and average order value. • Knowledge of testing and experimentation methodologies, such as A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. • Knowledge of querying and manipulating data using SQL or an equivalent language. • Knowledge of data integration across platforms and process automation tools. • Knowledge of designing and documenting data governance processes. • Experience leading alignment meetings and providing analytical support to different teams and audiences.
