📋 Description
• Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company's offerings • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve sales strategies • Participate in training sessions on product offerings and sales techniques • Connect with potential clients in Russian-speaking CIS markets, excluding Russia
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Driven by targets with a passion for achieving sales goals • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle objections effectively
