📋 Description

• Maintain consistent fit and sizing standards across collections and suppliers • Provide technical guidance, corrections and approvals from first sample to final production • Comment on fitting and design in collaboration with buyers and designers • Develop and improve products using digital workflows • Contribute to integrating new digital tools and smarter ways of working • Work across VILA, NOISY MAY and ROUGE EDIT brands • Support suppliers in meeting standards and requirements through online and in-person meetings • Ensure products meet standards for fit, quality and workmanship

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background within Technical Design/Pattern Design • Experience as a pattern/technical designer • Solid understanding of production flows and quality assurance processes • Experience with 2D, 3D and AI is an advantage • Production experience and/or a strong interest in manufacturing methods • Strong eye for detail, workmanship and quality • Solid understanding of feminine proportions and fit • Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken • Ability to balance design and commercial requirements • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
