📋 Description

• Research and analyze potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operation, focusing on North America and Europe • Implement legal compliance across marketing, payment, consumer rights, physical goods development and production, and other business operations • Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents • Raise awareness of legal requirements • Build legal processes with positive ROI to enhance service quality and manage risks • Communicate with business partners, law firms, and service providers across various jurisdictions • Advise on product and marketing compliance, consumer protection and regulatory matters, contracts, commercial matters, and intellectual property

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, including legal drafting • 3–4+ years of relevant experience with an international or top-tier law firm or IT product company • Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters • Creative approach to solving complex legal issues • Result-oriented, well-organized, and self-starter • Ability to translate complex legal issues into plain business solutions • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Expertise in consumer protection laws in the USA and EU is a plus • Expertise advising companies through the business lifecycle, including compliance and intellectual property matters, is a plus
