📋 Description
• Researching and analyzing potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions • Implementing legal compliance in various business operations • Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies, and legal documents • Raising awareness about legal requirements • Building legal processes to enhance service quality and manage risks • Communicating with partners, law firms, and service providers from various jurisdictions
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English (including legal drafting) • 3-4+ years of relevant experience with an international or top-tier law firm or IT product company • Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters • Result-oriented, well-organized, and self-starter • Skillful translator of complex legal issues into plain business solutions • Expertise in consumer protection laws in the USA and EU is a plus
