📋 Description

• Work with ready-made projects (collects) • Create advertising creatives based on clearly defined briefs • Learn to adapt videos for different platforms and localizations • Collaborate within a 40+ person Motion team and receive support and feedback from experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of motion design gained through courses, tutorials, personal projects, or practice assignments • Familiarity with basic tools and animation principles in After Effects • Understanding of typography, color, and composition fundamentals • English at a Pre-Intermediate level or higher • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and responsible approach to tasks • Nice to have: experience with Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, and similar plugins • Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo 3, and ElevenLabs • Nice to have: basic understanding of scripting and expressions
