📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and coordinate installation work on construction sites while meeting deadlines and quality standards • Inspect work execution in accordance with the installation manual • Ensure a safe working environment through targeted briefings and instructions • Use digital tools such as tablets, apps, and AR/VR technologies for communication and project execution • Monitor material, equipment, and personnel costs and identify potential savings • Document daily project progress • Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and authorities • Conduct training on the safe operation of the systems

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a mechanic (industrial mechanic or construction mechanic) or mechatronics technician • Ideally, at least two years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment • Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge • Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams • Experience installing and maintaining machinery • Experience in project planning, organization, and scheduling • Willingness to travel • Valid international driver's license • Good command of German and English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with demonstrated leadership abilities
