📋 Description
• Brindar atención y asesoría de renovación vía WhatsApp y canal escrito • Gestionar ventas en servicios de telecomunicaciones • Atender clientes mediante canales inbound y outbound • Participar en capacitaciones pagadas • Trabajar de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm, con descanso fijo los domingos
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia 3 meses mínimo en ventas call center • Secundaria completa • Contar con PC/LAPTOP • Internet cableado • Sistema operativo 10 u 11 • Procesador Core i3 5ta generación • Memoria 8gb RAM • Internet velocidad 50 • Audífonos con entrada de USB • Cámara encendida en capacitación (obligatorio)
