📋 Description

• Design and develop robust, scalable, high-performance backend solutions capable of handling high concurrency • Analyze and translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications • Implement and maintain distributed microservices with horizontal scalability • Create and maintain technical documentation, including designs, APIs, workflows, and manuals • Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests • Implement functional and load testing routines for microservices • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to established best practices and standards • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance of solutions • Troubleshoot complex incidents in distributed environments • Collaborate with the engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate or advanced Spanish • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience in backend development • Experience building distributed microservices • Experience with containers (Docker) and scalable architectures • Strong knowledge of relational databases • Experience with version control using Git • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure • Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar) • Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger / OpenAPI or similar) • Nice to have: experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB) • Nice to have: experience in high-concurrency, high-volume transaction environments • Nice to have: basic frontend knowledge (React or Angular) • Nice to have: experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, MQTT, AMQP) • Nice to have: experience with agile development methodologies • Nice to have: previous experience with global projects or international integrations
