📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns • Prepare campaign materials • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders • Execute go-to-market initiatives • Manage reward distribution • Own pre-launch testing and product optimization for campaigns/products • Continuously improve product experience in staking, redemption, and reward-claiming flows from an operations perspective • Build a data analysis framework using AI tools • Generate actionable operational insights

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures • Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite • Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns • Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation • Able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach • Strong English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US • Solid business development and product communication capabilities • Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena • Able to understand basic smart contract logic • Able to use on-chain analytics tools such as Dune / Etherscan
