📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and drive onboarding of high-quality TradFi/RWA assets into Binance Earn • Research traditional finance wealth management and investment product structures and redesign them for Earn users in a crypto-native way • Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams on product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution • Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts focused on user value, product design, and operational efficiency • Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify opportunities • Support end-to-end product operations, including launches, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management • Contribute to product design using financial product knowledge, user understanding, and operational insights • Help shape product frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, risk control, and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles • Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management • Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, leveraged ETFs, and structured products, including PPN, FCN, Covered Call strategies, and structured tranche/leveraged fund products • Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions • Ability to identify financial product mechanisms and translate them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Strong curiosity about crypto and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment • Preferred: understanding of tokenization and how real-world assets are represented on-chain • Preferred: familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets • Preferred: understanding of stablecoins and their role in on-chain financial products • Preferred: genuine interest in crypto, including hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems • Preferred: experience bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native product innovation
