📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend • Integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflow • Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend • Champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization • Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes • Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, CS or AI-related major preferred • 1–5 years of experience • Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI, and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code • Self-driven and comfortable operating without clear boundaries • Ability to turn vague ideas into clear specifications and drive them forward • Strong logical thinking and communication • Curiosity about other teams and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements • Passion for learning new technologies
