📋 Description

• Own product development for Binance Square, including live streaming, audio/video, and posts, covering end-to-end frontend and backend development • Turn product requirements into working implementations and reduce handoff friction between frontend and backend • Design and optimize high-traffic scenarios including feeds, content publishing, likes, comments, reposts, and creator tools • Ensure high availability and high performance • Use mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code to improve development efficiency • Promote AI-enhanced development practices within the team • Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes • Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation and design through deployment, data validation, and continuous iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or above in Computer Science or a related AI field preferred • 3–5 years of experience • Experience with a content community, social, live streaming, or audio/video background ideally • Proficient in Java or Go • Experience building high-concurrency, high-traffic systems • Solid grasp of multithreading, locking, and asynchronous programming • Strong understanding of MySQL, Redis, and Kafka, with hands-on tuning experience • Able to work across the stack and independently build and integrate full feature pages with React or Vue • Understanding of componentization and frontend state management • Experience with page performance and UX • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code • Able to state requirements and constraints clearly to AI, and review, validate, and fix AI-generated code • Self-driven and comfortable with unclear boundaries • Strong logical thinking, communication, and product sense • Nice to have: experience with live streaming and audio/video technologies such as RTMP, HLS, WebRTC, CDN, transcoding, and players • Nice to have: development experience with content moderation, recommendation systems, or creator ecosystems • Nice to have: cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web/H5) • Nice to have: open-source contributions or influential GitHub projects • Nice to have: familiarity with the Web3/cryptocurrency industry or being a Binance Square user or creator
