📋 Description

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems. • Improve core systems including matching engine, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives products such as Futures, Margin, Options, and Event Contracts. • Work with trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions. • Lead the full product lifecycle from planning through release and ongoing or new feature launches. • Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users. • Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Product experience is not a must but preferred. • Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, etc. • Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math). • Ability to understand trading logics and risk methods, and translate them into product requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
