📋 Description

• Own planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line covering ETFs, mutual funds, and equities/stocks • Manage the full product lifecycle from market research, requirements analysis, and PRD writing through design, launch, and continuous iteration • Research traditional finance market trends and user needs to bridge TradFi investment scenarios with Binance's crypto platform • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to meet regional regulatory requirements and support local launches • Explore crypto-TradFi opportunities including RWA, tokenized equities and funds, stablecoin yield products, and other initiatives • Lead the design and operations of structured options products such as Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin • Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and parameters • Optimize pricing parameters and yield curves for structured products • Adjust launch strategies and category mix based on market conditions and volatility to optimize TVL and conversion rates • Drive end-to-end agile product delivery and track development and testing progress • Coordinate Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams • Track product metrics including TVL, AUM, conversion rate, retention, volume, and revenue • Gather user feedback and monitor competitor offerings to improve product experience and competitiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products • Hands-on TradFi experience required in one or more of: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products • Practical understanding of structured products and options, including dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, options-linked, and principal-protected products • Working proficiency in English, written and verbal • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and PRD to launch and post-launch iteration, preferably in an agile framework • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Comfortable working with product metrics and user behavior data • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Fast learner with perseverance
