📋 Description

• Produce native, platform-first short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and YouTube Shorts • Ideate, appear in, shoot, and edit videos from concept to publish-ready output • Monitor emerging trends, sounds, formats, and challenges and turn relevant trends into timely content • Apply hooks, visual, audio, and narrative techniques to improve retention • Edit using CapCut and native platform tools, including captions, pacing, transitions, sound sync, and safe zones • Adapt content for each platform • Schedule and publish approved content with captions, hashtags, tags, cover frames, alt text, and quality checks • Maintain the content calendar, asset trackers, and publishing statuses • Track brand mentions, keywords, competitor activity, sentiment, and conversation trends • Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions; draft responses and escalate sensitive or compliance-related queries • Support the MENAP Creator Program through creator communications, briefs, deliverable tracking, content-link logging, and deadline monitoring • Maintain the creator database and scout potential creators • Pull social performance metrics and support weekly or monthly reporting • Deliver 3–5 publish-ready short-form videos per week • Participate in weekly planning and review sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Current university students and recent graduates • Proven ability to create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts (portfolio, personal account, or previous work) • Comfortable and natural on camera • Deep, current understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube trends and culture • Strong understanding of hooks and how they drive retention • Proficient in CapCut and Instagram's native editing tools • Strong sense of pacing, framing, and platform-native visual language • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision • Strong written communication and relationship-management skills • Comfortable learning and working in social media publishing, scheduling, listening, and analytics tools • Bilingual English/Urdu is required • Familiarity with the fintech and crypto space, preferred • Prior hands-on experience with publishing, listening, or analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or Talkwalker, preferred • Experience creating content for a brand or business account, preferred • Basic shooting/lighting knowledge for phone-first production, preferred • Familiarity with social analytics, preferred
