📋 Description

• Plan and design security-related products, establish the technical roadmap, and implement important modules and core frameworks • Define and implement architecture standards and best practices • Maintain underlying infrastructure and architecture • Develop and maintain tools that automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity • Provide automated continuous delivery and on-demand capacity management solutions • Engage directly with user requirements, develop APIs for client delivery, and maintain customer relationships • Improve customer satisfaction • Identify and solve technical issues in backend systems to ensure performance and stability • Tune performance, troubleshoot online incidents, refactor systems, and optimize products for speed and scale • Design and build libraries and frameworks for internal clients to improve development efficiency and code quality • Collaborate with Binance teams and coordinate with teams outside the security group to protect projects and systems across BNB Smart Chain and other chains

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field • At least 4–5 years of full-stack development experience in a similar role supporting large-scale production systems • Preferably 2–3 years of experience in the crypto or security space • Extensive knowledge of the full product development lifecycle • Demonstrated programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar • Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks and distributed-system components, caching, messaging, and related mechanisms • Ability to independently design, develop, and tune large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems • Business understanding and ability to identify problems in business requirements and system architecture design and provide effective solutions • Strong coordination and communication skills, ability to cope with stress, and quick learning • Nice to have: experience in Web3 security companies and large-scale API/monitoring systems • Nice to have: experience with risk-control products and risk-control API development • Nice to have: basic understanding of smart-contract security vulnerabilities, on-chain incidents, and wallet security • Nice to have: basic understanding of blockchain and smart-contract principles, blockchain explorer use, data tracking/scanning scripts, and wallet/blockchain attack vectors
