📋 Description

• Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes • Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience • Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate • Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units • Good customer service awareness • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
