📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency in offerings • Identify and resolve discrepancies in the service portfolio through in-depth Excel analysis • Act as the key liaison between Sales and Client Education during project initiation and portfolio management • Conduct financial analysis to ensure cost-effective operations and deliver actionable insights to management • Create standardized reports and KPIs focused on continuous improvement and efficiency • Manage external consultancies for ERP-related projects after budget approval • Drive process improvements across Client Education in collaboration with department leads • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and high-quality standards in client interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client education, clinical research, or relevant fields • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field preferred • Experience in contract management and process optimization is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between teams and act as a mediator when needed • Analytical mindset with solid business acumen, able to develop data-driven models and recommendations • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven track record of improving business processes • Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain composure in all situations
