📋 Description

• Define and execute market access strategies for Poland and Eastern European countries • Engage with stakeholders, including payers and advocacy groups • Prepare pricing and reimbursement dossiers • Coordinate national and regional reimbursement processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product access • Monitor health policy environment and make recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Market Access, Health Economics / HTA, Health Policy, Pricing & Reimbursement, Marketing or related commercial functions • Strong knowledge of reimbursement frameworks and decision-making processes in Poland (mandatory) and Central & Eastern Europe. • Proven ability to translate, summarise, and communicate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer value propositions. • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external experts (HTA bodies, payers, KOLs, consultants). • Previous regional experience (multi‑country responsibility is a strong advantage).
