📋 Description

• Work with founders on company strategy, planning, and key decisions • Support creation of business models, investor material, market analysis, and reports • Conduct research across new sectors, partners, regulations, and emerging opportunities • Drive cross functional projects to completion • Build internal processes for planning, tracking, and reporting • Manage special projects across product, supply chain, marketing, and growth • Improve coordination between teams and ensure timely execution of tasks • Support hiring, onboarding, and culture building initiatives • Work with founders to design reviews, goal setting, and company wide communication • Prepare material for board meetings, investor updates, and internal reviews • Assist founders in managing key partners, clients, advisors, and government bodies • Prepare briefs, presentations, proposals, and meeting notes • Represent the organisation in meetings when required • Assist with product research, testing, documentation, and roll out • Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to gather insights and unblock tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, early stage startups, or fast paced roles • Strong problem solving skills, detail orientation, and an ability to learn fast • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership • Ability to work directly with founders and handle sensitive information • Curiosity across business, design, sustainability, and operations
