📋 Description

• Support the mapping, documentation, and analysis of business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvements to existing workflows (As-Is and To-Be) • Develop, test, and implement bots using UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, following technical guidance • Support the integration of bots with APIs, databases, Artificial Intelligence services, and intelligent agents • Contribute to incorporating AI and Generative AI (GenAI) models into automations • Perform unit, integration, and regression testing, identifying failures and contributing to solution quality • Support the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of automations in production • Prepare and update technical documentation, recording workflows, business rules, integrations, and functionalities • Work closely with the Lead Architect and other team members, ensuring compliance with defined technical and architectural standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; all fields of study are welcome! • Knowledge of or initial experience developing RPA solutions • Familiarity with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism • Knowledge of programming logic and languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET • Basic knowledge of REST APIs, systems integration, and databases • Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation (As-Is and To-Be) • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents • Understanding of software testing, failure identification, and exception handling • Ability to work as part of a team, follow technical standards, and develop solutions with guidance • Preferred: academic experience, internship, or hands-on projects involving RPA and process automation • Preferred: knowledge of integrating RPA tools with AI models and LLMs • Preferred: familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel • Preferred: knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Preferred: familiarity with Git and version control • Preferred: participation in automation, technology, or digital transformation projects
