📋 Description

• Develop and support marketing strategies for new credit card product launches, refreshed products, and ongoing customer engagement initiatives • Build go-to-market strategies and campaign plans to drive product adoption, customer engagement, loyalty, and desired cardmember behaviors • Translate marketing strategies into execution plans, business requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital and print marketing campaigns • Support agency briefings and creative development • Coordinate development, review, approval, and implementation of marketing creative • Implement marketing capabilities including personalization and customer-journey/channel integration • Oversee campaign testing and user acceptance testing before launch • Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Marketing, Operations, agencies, analytics, digital, mobile, and email teams • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to obtain approvals • Communicate campaign status, requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies • Establish campaign tracking and measurement plans • Evaluate campaign results and identify optimization opportunities • Collaborate with analytics teams on performance reporting and recommendations • Maintain campaign documentation, requirements, timelines, approvals, records, and controls throughout the lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in direct marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or marketing implementation • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, ideally in a multi-channel environment • Experience with marketing project or program management, including ownership of timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and execution • Ability to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into actionable business requirements and implementation plans • Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Bachelor's degree required • Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit card marketing • Agency-side marketing experience • Experience developing business requirements documents (BRDs) or translating business needs into functional requirements • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PEGA, or similar platforms • Experience with digital, mobile, email, and post-login marketing channels • Background in customer segmentation, audience targeting, personalization, and customer journey optimization • Experience coordinating UAT, campaign approvals, and marketing compliance processes
