📋 Description

• Support the execution of enterprise Data Governance initiatives and governance processes • Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures • Perform data analysis and data profiling to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities • Support metadata management, including documenting and maintaining business and technical metadata • Use AI-powered data governance tools to automate data classification and tagging, identify sensitive or non-compliant data, and support governance workflows • Monitor data assets for compliance with governance policies and recommend corrective actions • Support implementation and validation of AI-assisted data retention, archival, and lifecycle management policies • Validate data governance controls and compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements • Document business definitions, data rules, and governance requirements with business stakeholders • Support data stewardship and improve data quality across critical data domains • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into governance documentation • Monitor governance activities and contribute to continuous process improvements • Communicate governance updates, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field • Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business/Data Analysis, or related areas • Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or similar governance workflow and metadata management tools • Understanding of Data Governance principles, frameworks, and best practices • Experience performing data analysis and data profiling • Knowledge of metadata management concepts • Experience documenting business rules, data definitions, and functional requirements • Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills • SQL proficiency preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams • Advanced English, written and verbal, preferred
