📋 Description

• Support the execution of enterprise Data Governance initiatives and governance processes. • Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures. • Perform data analysis and data profiling to identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement. • Assist with metadata management activities, including documenting and maintaining business and technical metadata. • Validate data governance controls and ensure compliance with established governance policies. • Document business definitions, data rules, and governance requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Support data stewardship activities and contribute to improving data quality across critical data domains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into governance documentation. • Monitor governance activities and contribute to continuous process improvements. • Communicate governance updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. • Approximately 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business/Data Analysis, or related areas. • Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan , Collibra , Alation , or similar governance workflow and metadata management tools. • Understanding of Data Governance principles, frameworks, and best practices. • Experience performing data analysis and data profiling. • Knowledge of metadata management concepts. • Experience documenting business rules, data definitions, and functional requirements. • Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills. • SQL proficiency is preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. • Advanced English (written and verbal) preferred.
