📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend solutions • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using C# and SQL • Design robust software solutions and evaluate architectural approaches and technical trade-offs • Build and optimize cloud-native applications and services using AWS • Handle complex data migrations and transformations across multiple systems • Rebuild, maintain, and enhance integrations with internal and external platforms • Contribute to reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake and related technologies • Solve complex technical challenges independently with minimal oversight • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Communicate technical decisions and software architecture reasoning clearly • Support a collaborative engineering culture through feedback and constructive challenges • Stay current with industry trends and engineering best practices • Continuously improve development processes and solution quality

🎯 Requirements

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Proficiency in C# for backend development • Strong knowledge of SQL, including database design and query optimization • Experience with AWS and cloud-based architectures • Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics • Experience with SQL Server and database administration • Strong software design and architecture skills • Ability to structure solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and explain technical decisions • Exposure to React and TypeScript, with ability to contribute to frontend tasks when needed • Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data processing is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Positive and collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, comfort with constructive challenges, and willingness to support others • Excellent written and verbal English • 5+ years of experience in similar software engineering roles
