📋 Description

• Create intelligent conversational experiences (chatbots) for major market players • Integrate Artificial Intelligence with UX Design best practices • Design end-to-end conversational solutions across WhatsApp, Blip Chat, Messenger, Instagram, and other channels • Gather, consume, and apply inputs based on clients’ business objectives and rules, as well as user needs • Analyze needs, technical feasibility, and opportunities for using AI • Lead workshops and activities with clients and users for discovery, co-creation, and validation • Create end-to-end conversational flows using UX Design, NLP, Generative AI, Regex, and Fuzzy Matching • Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI, ensuring brand and language consistency • Master and use the Blip platform, AI products, and cognitive solutions • Create prototypes and presentations for stakeholder validation • Define requirements for conversational experience quality testing • Define and monitor conversational experience metrics • Generate inputs for the chatbot evolution roadmap • Document processes according to industry best practices • Use AI to optimize internal processes • Participate in internal initiatives focused on development, knowledge sharing, and strengthening the conversational ecosystem • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in strategic discussions and continuous knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• User research techniques, personas, and user journey mapping • Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems • Curation and architecture of AI applied to chatbots • Knowledge of AI providers such as Watson, LUIS, and Dialogflow • Conversational interaction experience metrics • Data extraction and analysis using SQL and Python • Basic understanding of prompt engineering • Solution prototyping and usability • Design and collaboration tools • Agile methodologies • Process and project documentation and organization • Time management and prioritization • Communication skills and client-facing experience for facilitating activities, presentations, and stakeholder meetings • Experience with multichannel conversational interactions is a plus • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning is a plus • Knowledge of Regex and Fuzzy Matching concepts and applications is a plus • Familiarity with the Blip platform is a plus • Intermediate or advanced Spanish and/or English is a plus • Flexibility and adaptability in constantly changing contexts are a plus
