📋 Description

• Gather technical and business requirements with clients, translating operational pain points into scalable conversational solutions. • Analyze processes and user journeys to identify opportunities for automation and continuous performance improvement. • Produce accurate functional documentation, ensuring ongoing alignment between stakeholders and development teams. • Define and monitor success KPIs for delivered solutions, connecting adoption metrics to business objectives. • Facilitate communication between technology and business teams, enabling the high-quality delivery of complex projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for technology or software projects. • Ability to translate complex business workflows into functional specifications using diagrams and process modeling. • Experience with data analysis and defining success metrics using BI tools and databases. • Strategic stakeholder facilitation, ensuring aligned expectations and clarity around proposed deliverables. • Hands-on experience in agile environments, working directly on backlog detailing and refinement for technical teams. • Understanding of system integration concepts and API consumption to propose viable, scalable solutions. • Fluency in using generative AI for productivity, data analysis, and day-to-day problem-solving.
